Chilli Tuna Pasta

Serves 3-4



1/2 tbsp Pukara olive oil
2 garlic cloves, finely diced
2 tins Sweet Chilli Tuna
1 zucchini, thinly sliced
100g cherry tomatoes
juice of 1 lemon
250g Barilla Orecchiette, pre cooked to packet instructions



Step 1 In a pan over medium heat add olive oil, garlic and tuna, saute for 1-2 minutes. Turn the pan off and add zucchini, cherry tomatoes, lemon juice, pinch of salt and pasta.

To serve, garnish pasta with fresh dill.
