Lettuce in Buttermilk Dressing

1/3 cup Meander Valley Buttermilk
1/3 cup Meander Valley Creme Fraiche
1 garlic clove, finely diced
1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated (plus extra to serve)
1/2 bunch fresh dill, finely chopped
1 small lettuce



Step 1 In a medium bowl, add buttermilk, creme fraiche and garlic, whisk together until well combined. Add in parmesan cheese, fresh dill and a pinch of salt, gently mix until combined.

To serve, place lettuce leaves onto a plate and drizzle over dressing. Finish with a sprinkle of parmesan cheese.
