Crumbed Boar Fish

Serves 4



750ml Canola oil
2 packet Old El Paso Crispy chicken spice mix
3 eggs, whisked
500g Boar fish, cut in strips



Step 1 In a medium pot add canola oil and bring to a high heat.

Step 2 In two separate bowls add spice mix to one and eggs to another. Coat each piece of boar fish in the egg wash and then into the spice mix.

Step 3 Place fish in the oil and cook for 5 to 10 minutes or until golden brown.
