Baked Brie with Honey and Walnuts

Serves 4



1 wheel of Brie
50g walnuts
1 Tbsp honey
3 sprigs thyme, leaves only
Sourdough loaf, sliced
2 cloves garlic
Pinch of salt



Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

Step 1 Place cheese in an ovenproof dish and cover with walnuts, honey and thyme. Place into an oven for 10-15 minutes or until cheese has melted.  

Step 2 Toast each slice of sourdough in a griddle pan with a drizzle of olive oil. Cut cloves of garlic in half and rub over each slice.

Serve baked brie straight from the oven.
